There are various drugs and surgical/non-surgical interventions available.. and meanwhile I’m on a waiting list for a second opinion from another specialist. It’s a long-haul thing, though.. diagnosis took 18 months (and still isn’t fully bedded down). Nothing compared to other thorns in sides though :)
