										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone else find it strange that we say “Happy Easter” at this time of year?</p>
<p>It just seems an odd greeting to use in the context of a brutal execution and controversial resurrection. Macabre, even.</p>
<p>Then again, there is the fact that this particular crucifixion and 3-day death is the foundation upon which Christianity rests. So, you could say it single-handedly makes millions of people happy.</p>
<p>Weird? Somewhat. Unless you know why Christians get so excited about God finding it necessary to slaughter and resurrect his son. And what sort of evidence they base this crazy belief upon.</p>
