I hear the same thing happens if ask an intelligent question on Abbotts Facebook page. I only got one reply to my last lot of letters and it was a waste of paper (Jamie Briggs saying he basically didn’t give a rats ass about container deposit schemes – but at least his office bothered to reply I suppose). I haven’t written an NBN one yet, trying to get more informed first!
